BVIS Hanoi’ students won high achievements in World Scholar Cup Regional Round 2022

World Scholar’s Cup is an annually international team academic program with the participation of more than 15,000 student from over 65 countries.

On June 7, five students from BVIS Hanoi successfully gained great prizes at the World Scholar Cup Regional Round 2022.

Our students were confident, stayed focused and remained optimistic about the challenges that they were going to face. The team did not have much time to prepare for this competition. They had around four weeks to find partners, learn about the competition’s rules and then flew to Ho Chi Minh City for the challenge. What they demonstrated in the competition were mostly formed over the years learning at school. After two years of virtual learning due to Covid-19, these achievements are quite encouraging. Here is the award list:

Team 1 – Hoang Van, Khanh Linh, Bich Ha:

• Third Place Trophy for Team Debate
• Fourth Place Gold Medal for Team Writing
• Silver Medal for Champion Team
• They are qualified for the Global Round this August 

Team 2 – Quang Vu, Viet Hung:

• Qualified for the Global Round this August

Khanh Linh:

• Silver Medal for Champion Scholars
• Silver Medal for Debate Champions
• Seventh Place Gold Medal for Writing Champions

Quang Vu:

• Third Place Gold Medal for DaVinci Award

Viet Hung:

• First Place Gold Medal for DaVinci Award
