From the moment you contact us to the point we offer your child a place, the process should take no more than two weeks. In some cases, it may be much quicker.

How does the process differ if my company is paying the tuition fees?

Our aim is to make the process as straightforward as possible. If your company is paying your fees, our admissions and finance teams will liaise with them directly, allowing you to concentrate on your child’s education and wellbeing.

What do BVIS Hanoi’s tuition fees include?

Our tuition fees include: Lunches and snacks (for early years and primary students only). School trips (day excursions only). Extra-curricular programme. Learning materials (textbooks, notebooks, stationery). Compulsory health insurance. International examination fees. English or Vietnamese as an Additional Language tuition (if required).Additional charges: School uniform.Optional charges: Individual music lessons. School bus service. Paid extra-curricular activities. Voluntary trips.

BVIS HANOI'S FEES

Application stage

We charge a non-refundable Application Fee of 3,500,000 VND per child, which is payable when you submit your form and supporting documents. This covers the cost of administering your child’s application and entrance assessment.

Enrolment stage

To formally accept a place at BVIS Hanoi, you’ll need to pay a non-refundable Registration Fee of 70,800,000 VND (Primary and Secondary). The Registration Fee for children joining us in the early years is 23,600,000 VND. We also charge a refundable Security Deposit of 35,400,000 VND, which we’ll return to you when your child leaves the school, provided you’ve given us 90 days’ written notice.

Tuition fees (2026-2027)

At BVIS Hanoi, tuition fees include school lunches, day trips, and compulsory student health insurance. Some instrumental lessons, extra-curricular activities, and residential trips cost extra, while uniforms and our school bus service are charged separately.
