Your child's stay in Florida

Students and chaperones will be staying at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort, a vibrant Disney Resort hotel located within the Walt Disney World Resort area and approximately 25 minutes from Windermere Preparatory School. Inspired by the energy and excitement of music, the resort features larger-than-life themed areas celebrating a variety of musical genres, creating a fun and memorable experience for students throughout their stay.

Students and chaperones will check in on Friday, March 5, and depart on Tuesday, March 9. Students will have their own bed in a shared room with one other student. All rooms include two queen beds, a beverage cooler, in-room safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and other standard amenities designed to provide a comfortable stay throughout the festival experience.

Please note: Windermere Preparatory School students will not stay at the resort.

Getting around

All travel to the hotel, school, and evening activities will be arranged by Nord Anglia Education. Out-of-state and international students will fly to Orlando, while South Florida students will travel by bus.

There are also prearranged buses to Disney, Windermere Preparatory School, the hotel, and all activities.

Chaperones

Your child’s safety is our highest priority. Students will be assigned a chaperone to ensure supervision throughout the entire trip. Each chaperone will oversee ten students and will be appointed by the STEAM Lead of each school. Only school staff may chaperone.
