Learning to Be Kind

Kindness is one of the most important things we like teaching our students. Every day, we look for ways to notice acts of kindness among children, such as when we see someone helping a friend with their work, including new classmates at lunchtime, returning lost items to the office, assisting our visitors in finding their way around the school, and even sharing a portion of their favorite snack. Our children learn from what they see, so let’s look for ways to model kindness with our actions and words.
