Congratulations to BSG Year 11 students, Cynthia, Aurora, Sebastian and Victoria, who have been selected as Student Ambassadors to represent our community at the Nord Anglia Education Summit 2026, held in collaboration with UNICEF.

Year 5 have launched into their final writing unit of the year with great excitement as they begin exploring the fascinating world of Greek myths. To introduce the topic, the children were treated to a wonderfully over-the-top theatrical performance of Daedalus and Icarus by their teachers, complete with dramatic acting and plenty of enthusiasm! The performance sparked lots of discussion and curiosity about the characters, themes and lessons found within Greek mythology.

The British School of Guangzhou (BSG) is proud to celebrate an outstanding achievement in its arts programme. Year 10 student Shumei has been named the winner of the Global Campus Art Competition in the Group 4 category for students aged 14+.

Last Friday, our school community came together for a joyful celebration of the festive season. Music filled the air as students, staff, and parents shared performances that brought smiles all around.

What a magical week it has been in the BSG theatre! Across three mornings, Year 2 and Year 3 filled the stage with music, storytelling and Christmas cheer in their performances of The Night Before Christmas.
