BIS Hanoi students compete at the U11 FOBISIA Games 2023 in Thailand

This week, our BIS Lionhearts U11 team flew to Thailand to compete against six other international schools in the annual sports games organised by the Federation of British International Schools in Asia (FOBISIA).

In swimming

Oliver got a gold medal
Jiwoo and Sophia Livesley both won bronze medals

In high jump

Gia Bach and Gia Minh got gold
Cameron and Bao Nam got silver
Ha Anh and Sophia got silver

In long jump

Cameron and Gia Minh took home the gold
Bay placed 3rd

In triple jump

Ha Anh got a gold medal
Quoc Thai got silver

In Discus

Duc Hung placed 2nd

In Javelin

Tung Chi got gold
Linh Trang got silver

In Shot Putt

Dinh Quang got gold.
Linh Trang and Tuong Van placed 3rd

In the track events

Ha Anh came 2nd in the 100m and 800m
Cameron came 1st in the 100m and 3rd in the 800m
Bao Huy came 3rd in 100m
Nam Khanh took the bronze medal in the 60m
Caleb also took home a bronze medal in the 800m
