Competition Details

The Global Games brings together students from 26 Nord Anglia Education schools across The Americas Region for an unforgettable celebration of sport, teamwork, and school spirit. As we celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Global Games, students will have the opportunity to compete, connect, and grow alongside peers from across the region in an exciting and supportive international environment. 

The Global Games are about far more than medals and results. They are about building confidence, demonstrating resilience, supporting teammates, forming new friendships, and inspiring students to discover their full potential both on and off the field. 

This three-day multi-sport event welcomes students in Grades 7–8 / Years 8–9 and encourages participation from all skill levels. There are no school-level tryouts required, schools may enter multiple teams, and students are encouraged to participate in as many sports as they wish. Whether your child is an experienced athlete or simply eager to try something new, the Global Games provides an inclusive environment where every student is encouraged to play, learn, and grow. 

The 2026 Global Games competition includes: 
• Basketball 
• Flag Football 
• Soccer 
• Swimming (Relays Only) 
• Volleyball 
• Track 
• Tennis 
• Cheer 

Students who choose to participate in the Cheer pathway will focus exclusively on cheer throughout the event, taking part in sessions led by a professional cheer coach from Top Gun All Stars, while learning routines, developing performance skills, and building teamwork and confidence alongside fellow participants. 

Our Venue

Windermere Preparatory School is nestled on a 48-acre campus on the shores of Lake Cypress in Windermere, Florida. This picturesque boarding school offers state-of-the-art sporting facilities as well as an Olympic Village where students can relax between games.

Games Details

Each event is supervised by referees and takes place in top-tier sports facilities with high-quality equipment.

Your child’s well-being is our top priority. Snacks (available for purchase) and hydration stations will be available throughout the event. Qualified staff—trained in first aid—will be on-site to respond to any injuries.

We pride ourselves on offering a smooth and efficient event, giving every student and parent the opportunity to enjoy as many games as possible.
