Blog STA Life Skills Summer Camp: Building confidence and independence
Our recent Life Skills Summer Camp was designed to teach essential skills to our Embracing Differences students. Each day included activities like learning personal hygiene and household chores, and developing their personalities and teamwork. The camp ended with a trip to Pororo Aqua Park, where students put their skills to use in real life. It was a big success, boosting our students' confidence and independence.

Blog Bangkok Buddies Summer Camp: Adventures, laughter, and new friendships!
Our Bangkok Buddies students had a fantastic week of fun and adventure this summer. Highlights included trips to Siam Water Park, Harbor Land, a trampoline park, a bowling alley, and swimming at the High School. The grand finale was a magical 'Harry Potter' themed day with Curtain Up Bkk, transforming our students into wizards.

In Term 2 of their Design and Technology (DT) curriculum, Year 8 students explored sustainable architecture, visiting two architectural sites to witness eco-friendly design in action. Engaging directly with architects, they discovered the use of unconventional materials like earth and rubber wood plywood, inspiring them to consider sustainability in their future designs. The excursion not only enriched their learning but also instilled a sense of responsibility towards environmental stewardship, shaping a promising path for their future endeavours.
