This Academic Year 2024/25, Back to the Pool at St Andrews invites you to dive into the most exciting year of swimming yet. This programme welcomes swimmers of all levels to the STA Marlins Swimming Squad, providing the opportunity to discover the suitable level for you and the development pathways beyond.

What an exciting time this is for the Aquatics Department at St Andrews International School Bangkok. During the summer, as we basked in the glow of remarkable news of our swimming coach and athlete qualifying for the 2024 Olympic Games, the result made it even better. The Olympics, an event that unites athletes from around the world in a celebration of sportsmanship and human spirit, has come particularly close to home for our community this year, inspiring students, staff, and parents alike.

In just a few months’ time, the Sports Leaders programme at St Andrews International School Bangkok has seen remarkable progress. The participating students have all risen to the occasion and stepped into leadership roles, making a positive impact on their peers and on our community as a whole.

Introducing the Marlin Explorer Swimming Programme, a new opportunity for those interested in our FUNdamental swimming programme on weekends.

On 14 January 2024, St Andrews International School Bangkok hosted our first-ever Flames Open Chess Tournament at the Primary Campus. Nearly 100 children competed from St Andrews Bangkok, other schools, and Chess Academies.

This week saw the first-ever fixture for the Bangkok Schools Representative Rugby Squad. This is an elite squad of U17 rugby players selected for their rugby ability from a range of International Schools across Bangkok.

BISAC Season 2 is underway and we hosted our first Friday Night Games of the 2019/2020 academic year.

We look back at some of the successes of our teams at BISP Soccer 7s and look forward to BISAC Season 2.

Our gymnasts competed against the best in Asia at FOBISIA Gymnastics, our Primary basketballers won double, there was more tennis for our young Flames and over the weekend we have the STA Swim Champs.
