Book Week at St Andrews brought the school’s multicultural community to life, as High School students joined Primary classrooms to share stories and language activities across a wide range of languages, including French, Japanese, Spanish, and Mandarin. Through this cross-age experience, younger students built confidence and deepened their love of reading, while older students developed leadership and communication skills

The Marlins Primary Swimming Weekend Programme runs every Saturday, offering Learn to Swim, Stroke Technique and Synchronised Swimming pathways for primary-aged students. Designed to build confidence, technique and creativity in the water, the programme supports all ability levels in a positive and encouraging environment. Led by experienced coaches, it is a great way for young swimmers to develop skills and enjoy their time in the pool.

St Andrews Bangkok proudly launched Art for Juveniles, an initiative using art therapy and mentorship to support young individuals in rehabilitation. Led by the High School Art and Counselling teams, the programme provided creative learning experiences for youth involved in minor legal cases at the Central Juvenile and Family Court. Through hands-on artistic activities, participants developed self-expression, problem-solving skills, and emotional awareness in a supportive environment. This initiative reflects our school's commitment to holistic education and social responsibility, demonstrating the transformative power of creativity and mentorship.

Our Primary students excelled in the FOBISIA Short Story Writing Competition, showcasing creativity and storytelling around the theme of Intercultural Awareness. Congratulations to our top writers and six finalists who will represent our school in the next stage!

Celebrating dance at St Andrews Bangkok, a full day organised for Primary and High School (Year 3 to Year 13) students interested in joining dance masterclasses and workshops led by professional dance artists in Bangkok. 

With the goal of providing meaningful help to the flood victims in the northern regions of Thailand, our entire community at St Andrews Bangkok came together to raise funds and donations for the affected families. In the span of a few short weeks, added to donations of food and clothing, we managed to raise an astounding total of 386,676.50 THB in donation funds. To all students, teachers, parents, and staff who participated in our efforts and contributed to this cause—thank you!

Last Friday, the STA Primary campus was transformed into a celebration of all things maths! The day was packed with engaging, hands-on activities across all year groups, making maths truly come alive for our students.

At the end of each academic year at St Andrews International School Bangkok, our teachers and staff collect unused stationery items across classrooms and departments. These materials, including pencils, glue, scissors, books, and even clothes, are donated to the Baan Nokkamin Foundation, which supports underprivileged children in the suburbs of Bangkok. This initiative reflects our commitment to sustainability by minimising waste and promoting a culture of kindness and social responsibility.

St Andrews International School Bangkok has achieved the Silver Eco-Schools Award! At our Primary School Campus, the EcoBeasts are renowned for their food waste reduction projects and the Eco-Schools’ esteemed panel of judges were thoroughly impressed. Our Eco Committee received deserved recognition for its consistent efforts to promote environmental sustainability across the entire school community. We are inspired to continue making a positive change.

At St Andrews Bangkok, we believe that every child has the potential to discover and develop a unique musical voice. Our Instrumental Programme offers students an extraordinary opportunity to explore and master a range of musical instruments, fostering a lifelong love for music and enhancing their cognitive and creative development.

Key Stage 2 (Year 3 to Year 6) students impressed with their stunning performance of Beauty and the Beast Jr, showcasing their hard work and talent. The production not only highlighted their performance skills but also provided opportunities for social growth and friendship.

St Andrews International School Bangkok students had remarkable success in the Virtual Young Musician 2024 competition, held by Nord Anglia Education Global Campus.

After careful and thorough assessment by key representatives from the Inclusion Quality Mark (IQM), St Andrews International School Bangkok was awarded the IQM Inclusive School Award with Centre of Excellence status. St Andrews is also the first school outside of the UK to hold this award, making this a special achievement in recognition of the exemplary leadership and culture in our school.
