As the holiday season wraps up and we move into second semester at Northbridge International School Cambodia, it's the perfect time to ponder the delicate art of balance in our lives.

Here at Northbridge International School Cambodia, we have the privilege of having an amazing 25 meter undercover swimming pool on campus. The school swim program is embedded in our curriculum from EL2 to Grade 10.

In my time at Northbridge and previously at the British School in Warsaw, Poland I have got to meet some amazing musicians, dancers and actors who are all passionate about education from the world-leading conservatoire (Juilliard) in those fields.

Last week, our Principal Ms Frances shared the first Issue of Nord Anglia’s Insights magazine, which features an article detailing Nord Anglia’s Social Impact Programme and some of the many ways in which our students at Northbridge International School Cambodia are encouraged to participate in improving the world around them.

Portraiture, or the art of creating portraits, has been around for at least 5000 years – dating back to ancient Egypt. Since then, artists from every culture and background have created a wide variety of portraits, using every imaginable medium – from simple pencil sketches, to paints, to sand, to recycled plastics and everything in between. All of which we explore at Northbridge International School Cambodia.

Our Northbridge International School Cambodia MYP Grade 10 graduating class of 2024 are now all registered with the IB for the May 2024 Mathematics and English Language and Literature exams, and their culminating personal project. The two exams take place on May 7 and 9 2024, with practice exams being run between February 5-7.

With the speed and introduction of artificial intelligence into every facet of our lives the job market for Northbridge International School Cambodia graduates is fundamentally changing, and we cannot know for sure what jobs will still be available later in the 21st century.
