We know that Northbridge International School Cambodia students and families are very busy keeping up with their regular classwork, but we also know that many of our Makers, Coders, Scientists and Engineers are really missing their time in the Makerspace!

Hi Northbridge International School Cambodia community! Do you need a switch-off? Do you want to give your mind a rest? Do you have a lot of jumbled up thoughts and feelings? Do you need a mental escape from the ‘now’ by just ‘being’ and not overthinking?

The current situation has forced schools around the world to transform their dynamic classroom lessons into online virtual classes. This is no different at Northbridge International School Cambodia, where teachers have had to find innovative ways to make learning interactive to our students during this challenging time.

Although we are all virtual learning at the moment, there are many things to celebrate and reflect on from our sporting success in Season 2. Taking a look back reminds us that although this month has been difficult and we are missing seeing our athletes on campus, the start of 2020 was excellent for our Northbridge International School Cambodia Nagas.

The Grade 5 PYP Exhibition was launched this week at Northbridge International School Cambodia. The launch looks a little different to how we have worked in previous years as students have not been on campus. Our Grade 5 students will still need to work collaboratively, research and problem-solve, but this time it may all take place in an online environment.

Our 51 Grade 10 students who are graduating from the International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Program (MYP) at Northbridge International School Cambodia presented their fabulous Personal Projects to the whole school community during an annual showcase day and evening.

As we navigate our way through a challenging time in history, it is important to know ways in which we can support our children at Northbridge International School Cambodia and help them manage their thoughts and emotions.

The magic we witnessed on stage at the Northbridge International School Cambodia performance of CATS on the evening of Thursday 5 March came about as a result of hard work, dedication, resilience, confidence, pride, determination, but most of all caring! That is what theater is about.

We love books here at Northbridge International School Cambodia, and the first week of March has been Book Week: a week to celebrate storytelling and books in a variety of ways!

A few weeks ago, our Northbridge International School Cambodia Grade 7 students went on their annual MIA trip. They were very fortunate to have been able to go to outdoor adventure centre Jombok Hoas, where they focused on team-building, protecting the environment, and embodying the IB learner profile of a risk taker.
