As part of Nord Anglia Education (NAE), one of the world’s leading international schools groups, Northbridge International School Cambodia, Phnom Penh's leading school of academic choice, is proud to have three students attending this year’s NAE-UNICEF Student Summit, hosted for the first time ever in Houston, Texas from 12 to 19 June 2024.

As the school year draws to a close, the Startup Studio Networking Night held at Northbridge International School Cambodia here in Phnom Penh saw the culmination of our Grade 9 students' journey on the Learn to Start program, designed to equip them with the necessary skills to be productive and competitive in unpredictable markets. Put simply: be market-ready.

The world is changing, and so are educational philosophies at schools like Northbridge International School Cambodia. In the past (and in schools of lower quality today), schools were focused only on teaching knowledge and hard facts – trigonometry, electron shell configurations, important historical dates, etc., with the goal of passing standardized tests.

From 2-5 March 2024, more than 200 international educators from 15 countries around the globe, including from Northbridge International School Cambodia, are descending on Hanoi, Vietnam to innovate, problem solve and brainstorm at one of the world’s largest academic conferences

As parents, we all want the very best for our children and their education. Nevertheless, to thrive in life and prepare them for an uncertain future, it is imperative that Northbridge International School Cambodia students acquire knowledge beyond mere academics.

University application season is in full swing at Northbridge International School Cambodia. Having passed the United Kingdom's January 31st UCAS deadline, our students submitted 180 applications spanning 36 students to top institutions across the U.K.

This January, 17 students from Northbridge International School Cambodia (NISC) were lucky enough to be invited to attend the 56th The Hague International Model United Nations (THIMUN) in the Netherlands. THIMUN conferences have been held since 1968, and the foundation has been a registered NGO under the United Nations Department of Public Information since 1995. NISC is one of just two Nord Anglia schools to attend this prestigious four-day event.

With the speed and introduction of artificial intelligence into every facet of our lives the job market for Northbridge International School Cambodia graduates is fundamentally changing, and we cannot know for sure what jobs will still be available later in the 21st century.

It has been a busy and productive time for our Global Campus team this semester. Learning from our mistakes in Semester 1, we have pushed forward with renewed vigor, and have invested time and energy into our small focus groups. This has proven to be very successful as we have seen progress and achievement in multiple areas, but let the students tell you more.

An exciting opportunity opened to the Northbridge International School Cambodia MUN Group this year. Our school received an invitation to join the biggest and the most prestigious MUN Conference in the world: The Hague International Model United Nations, in the Netherlands.

We are proud to announce that Nord Anglia Education will allocate $US100million over the next 10 years to establish a charitable foundation and a global campaign centre aimed at empowering students to create impactful, sustainable solutions for change.
