Anastasia Zoidou - Anastasia Zoidou

Anastasia completed her Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Primary Education in Greece before moving to Scotland, where she earned a Master’s degree (MSc) in Inclusive and Special Education, graduating with distinction.

Since completing her studies, Anastasia has worked in a variety of Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across the UK. Her experience spans both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, where she has supported a wide range of learners and needs. She has taken on leadership responsibilities in her previous schools, serving as KS2 Lead and as the Communication Lead. These roles allowed her to support curriculum development and staff collaboration with a strong emphasis on inclusive practice.

She has organised a range of school-wide events and outdoor activities, including paddleboarding experiences and has been an active member of the Family Engagement Team, working to build strong connections between school and home.

In her first year at Dover Court, Anastasia has worked collaboratively with the department to further develop the provision in Pathway 3 . She is passionate about fostering a collaborative school culture where teachers support one another and students are empowered to learn both in and beyond the classroom. In her teaching, she focuses on creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences that are adapted to meet each child’s individual needs. She is committed to ensuring that no child is left behind and that every student has a voice in the classroom.

Anastasia is an enthusiastic traveller, with some of her most memorable adventures including completing multi-day hikes across different parts of the world. Outside the classroom, she enjoys theatre, hiking, reading, cooking, listening to music, and staying active outdoors. She is excited to continue bringing her experience, creativity and love of learning to Dover Court and to further contribute to the school community in Singapore.
