Sharing the Love

This Valentine’s Day, two Year 13 students played philanthropist cupid in the name of their CAS project! They sold anonymous, or not, Valentines that they hand delivered to students and teachers while raising donations for ‘Block Love Charlotte.’ This organization supports homeless people who reside in Tent-City Charlotte by supplying them with clothing, toiletries and food.

Overall, the students sold about 100 Valentines, put in 12 hours of Valentines assembly and raised $320 in donations! Thank you to everyone that contributed to the success. The students are still accepting donations for their CAS project and you can learn more by visiting the links below.
