Flik Survey Update

Thank you for participating in our short dining survey. We value your comments and opinions to help us review the food and services provided by Flik during our first semester. 

The results from the survey are now being reviewed and analyzed. We look forward to sharing the outcomes of our findings and results. In the short term we are pleased to announce, based on our initial results generated from the survey, we will be implementing:

• A small dessert has been added to all daily combo meals for Primary and Secondary Students, at no extra cost. 
• Reviewing a program for the introduction of a daily combo meal deal plan for each month.
• Improving efficiency of service - reminding our students to carry their ID Cards during lunch service. This will automatically improve the lines at our till points.
• Inviting our parents to join us for lunch taster sessions.
• If you prefer to save the 4% credit card fee, a gentle reminder, we are able to accept payment by check. Please drop or post your check to us at The Coffee Shop. Please ensure you add your child's name on the memo line.
