BIS Abu Dhabi was proud to host another amazing chess tournament between 7 schools:

Technology is an essential part of education at our school. To be able to live, learn, and work successfully in our information-rich society, students must be able to utilise technology effectively and therefore parents are required to ensure that their child has a suitable learning device in school to enhance their learning experience.

We are thrilled to share the outstanding achievements of our talented students who recently participated in the F1 in Schools event. Over the course of two exhilarating days, our school's four teams showcased their remarkable skills, innovation, and teamwork, leaving a lasting impression on everyone involved.

It’s been a wonderful week across the school with so many exciting events taking place. A number of those occasions have included the BISAD Diploma Awards Ceremonies where the Bronze, Silver and Gold achievers from this year’s cohorts were announced.

At BIS Abu Dhabi, we think learning is best when our students are enjoying themselves and we're always looking for exciting new ways to bring our subjects to life!

Father's Day, BISAD Diploma celebrations, Splash Days, House Shirt Day, Year 6 Disco, Primary Transition Day and let's not forget BISAD’s Got Talent! What a week; the calendar is always full of these magical moments, another example of why BIS Abu Dhabi is now the school of choice for so many families and why we are at waitlisted across so many different year groups for the next academic year.

Introducing the BIS Abu Dhabi Economic Journal! Explore the exciting world of economics beyond the syllabus! The British International School Abu Dhabi Economic Society proudly presents the first-ever issue of their journal, providing students with a platform to analyse real-world events through an economic lens.

The power of dance.   This week we have been able to celebrate dance at school. Students from Year 3 to Year 12 have been taking part in our own 'BREAKING NEWS' dance exhibition in our new auditorium. What a show! I was so impressed with the students (and the staff dance). It covered a range of themes and genres and all were executed with care, attention, love, and dedication.

On Wednesday, our BIS Abu Dhabi Community Group hosted the last Parent Coffee morning of the academic year, and it was an incredible success! 

Keeping up with the 'What I Want to be When I Grow Up' theme from our Early Years, this week, our Year 10 students stepped out of the classroom and into real-life experiences of work.

In Year 3, students embarked on an exciting journey of creativity and innovation by exploring the world of architecture.

Monday, 29th May was one of my favourite days of school. You must be wondering, what happened? I went on a trip to SeaWorld.

Last week, to celebrate the end of Nurseries 'People Who Help Us' topic, students came to school dressed as what they want to be when they grow up.

On Monday, our Community Group organised a special lunch to express their appreciation for the tireless dedication of our ancillary staff, who have been instrumental in caring for our school and our children throughout the entire year.
